These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the k1win platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on k1win, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.

Each player may hold only one k1win account. Duplicate accounts are permanently banned and all funds forfeited.

All disputes must first be raised with the k1win support team. k1win's decision on all gaming and wagering disputes is final.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any service on k1win. 21+ Strictly Enforced: k1win operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited without recourse.
All information provided at the time of registration — including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and current. k1win reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active k1win account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. k1win will close all duplicate accounts and permanently forfeit any and all balances, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, held in those accounts.
The k1win platform is designed and marketed for use by adults in Pakistan. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and in potential violation of their local laws. k1win accepts no liability for a Player's use of the Platform in a Prohibited Territory.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your k1win login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. k1win will never contact you and ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel.
You must notify k1win support immediately if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. k1win will investigate all such reports but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your credentials.
k1win may request KYC documentation at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months. k1win reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address or mobile number on file. The inactivity fee will not reduce a balance below zero.
k1win currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and standard Pakistani bank transfer. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1win does not charge its own fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
A minimum deposit of Rs 200 applies to all deposit methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed at the time of deposit. k1win reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to make at least one prior deposit to the k1win account. k1win reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500 applies. Processing times are typically under five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and same-day during banking hours for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers.
Any Player who initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their payment provider in relation to a k1win deposit will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or in bad faith, k1win reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the k1win platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds. Unless otherwise stated, games contribute to wagering requirements at the following default rates: slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 25%.
k1win employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit; exploiting errors in bonus calculations; systematically withdrawing bonuses without genuine gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, k1win reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and forfeit any balance without notice.
Welcome bonuses are available to new k1win players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held a k1win account are not eligible for new player promotions.
All cricket bets — including PSL, international Test matches, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and other events — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the k1win sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, k1win's interpretation of the applicable rules and the outcome data from its designated official data providers shall be final and binding.
All casino slot games and virtual table games offered on k1win use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing agencies. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the respective game information panels and represent long-term statistical expectations, not guaranteed per-session outcomes.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
k1win will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game content suppliers — strictly for the purposes of delivering the k1win service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1win's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k1win is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any business interruption, even if k1win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k1win does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
k1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players. Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
A Player who wishes to close their k1win account voluntarily must contact k1win support and request account closure in writing. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no KYC documentation is outstanding. Bonus Funds lapse on account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which k1win holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the k1win internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits k1win's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
k1win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k1win will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or updates to contact information — notice may be given by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the k1win platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
